Service Rules

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services provided by Kaka VPN. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If any part is unacceptable, stop using the service.

Service Content and Scope

Kaka VPN uses international routes to optimize network connections, currently covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The available regions, route types, and client features are determined by the options actually provided in the user panel.

The service is intended to improve connection paths for cross-border access, international websites, streaming, and online tools. Routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, target service policies, or other technical factors. A subscription grants the right to use the service and does not transfer ownership of any route, software, or related technical resources.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription purchases, route usage, and setting changes made through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

An account may be used on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder for reasonable personal or internal use. Subscriptions may not be resold, accounts rented, login credentials publicly distributed, or shared access services provided to third parties. To prevent unusual usage from affecting route quality, Kaka VPN may review connection activity that clearly deviates from normal service purposes.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Different subscription types are calculated separately according to the rules shown on the purchase page and are not automatically combined into another billing method.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and during service use, and are responsible for conduct carried out through their accounts and any resulting content. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ legitimate rights, distribution of malicious software, interference with network facilities, unauthorized system access, or bulk consumption of shared route resources.

Users must also follow the rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. Whether a target service permits access, an account operates normally, or content is visible is determined by the relevant service provider. Kaka VPN is not involved in account, content, or transaction relationships between users and third-party platforms.

Service Availability and Liability

Kaka VPN maintains, switches, and adjusts route capacity according to route conditions, but does not promise that any particular region, route, or target service will always be available. Actual connection performance may be affected by the user’s local network, device system, client settings, target server status, and changes in international links.

Connection interruptions, speed changes, or differences in access results caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, public network issues, target service changes, force majeure, or user device configuration do not constitute a guarantee of any particular connection result. Users should choose routes according to their needs and confirm connection status and target service availability before important operations.

Suspension and Termination

If an account is used for resale, public sharing, unlawful activity, attacks on network facilities, interference with other users, or avoidance of normal subscription rules, Kaka VPN may restrict related connections, suspend account functions, or terminate the service according to the impact. To investigate security risks or route anomalies, the service may also temporarily restrict related functions and decide whether to restore them after the review.

Users may stop using their accounts and subscriptions. After service termination, expired subscriptions no longer provide connection access. Orders, refunds, or disputes that still require processing may continue to be viewed or submitted through the user panel.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel with information that identifies the relevant account and order, so payment records and processing status can be verified. Refund rules are governed by these terms and the information shown on the purchase page.

Kaka VPN may update these terms based on service content, technical conditions, or applicable rules. Updated content will be published on this page with the month of the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated rules. If users disagree with a change, they may stop using the service.
